At deLora, we want you to enjoy your candles as soon as possible! This Shipping Policy explains our process, time frames, and costs.

1. Processing Time
    •    Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
    •    During high-demand seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
    •    We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
    •    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days after processing
    •    Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking
    •    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


5. Shipping Restrictions
    •    We currently ship in the United States.
    •    Some candle scents or materials may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the product and packaging so we can help.
    •    We are not responsible for lost packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
