Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We want you to love your candles! If there’s ever an issue with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (handmade and often custom-scented), we generally do not accept returns unless:
    •    The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
    1.    Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
    2.    Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
    3.    We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever you prefer.

3. Refunds
    •    Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
    •    Once approved, please allow [7-10 business days] for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
    •    Used candles
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Order Cancellations
    •    Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
    •    Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
